Green Roofs for Healthy Cities (GRHC) with support from Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance and the Athena Institute, are proud to bring you the GreenSave Calculator, specifically designed to help professionals concerned with sustainability. The GreenSave Calculator was developed by GRHC and the Athena Institute with funding by Tremco.

The GreenSave Calculator lets you compare roofing alternatives over a specific time period to determine which has the lowest life-cycle cost. It is excellent for determining whether higher initial costs are justified by reducing such future costs as operating, maintenance, repair or replacement costs and/or producing additional benefits, such as energy savings. You can also see whether some roofs have lower initial costs but cost more over time.
