t has been brought to our attention that some of the papers on the Seventh Annual Greening Rooftops for Sustainability Conference CD-ROM suffered errors in the reproduction of images in the body of the text. Please find below links to .pdfs of the corrected pages in two of those pages. In addition, you will find a link to a complete copy of Butler and Orians (3.3) which had problems on multiple pages. Our apologies to those whose papers were affected and to anyone inconvenienced by the errors on the disk.
