The Fairmont Royal York hotel in Toronto will be raising the profile of their rooftop herb garden : the 4,000 sq. ft. herbarium sits 18 storeys high and overlooks the CN Tower and a view of the lakefront. July 15th to 16th the hotel is offering a package deal including herb-inspired meals and a private tour of the rooftop garden.
