Peter D'Antionio, Chair, Membership Committee

Peter D'Antonio serves as National Sales Manager for Waterproofing Systems with Sika Sarnafil Inc based in Canton Massachusetts. Peter has been with Sika Sarnafil for 29 years serving in a variety of sales and management capacities. He has been active in industry development in North America since 1989 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Green Roofs for Healthy Cities (GRHC). In addition to GRHC, Peter has worked with numerous trade and service organizations including the Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWRI), a 20 year member of the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI), and the Construction Specifiers Institute (CSI). He has lectured widely for the United States Department of Energy/EPA EnergySmart Schools Program on the use of sustainable roofing practices including highly reflective roofing and green vegetative systems to mitigate urban heat islands.

Mr. D’Antonio has been actively involved with numerous projects including Chicago City Hall, the US Dept of Energy’s Forrestal building in Washington DC, the Premier Automotive Corporate Headquarters for FORD Motor, numerous projects at Harvard and MIT universities, and the 132,000 square foot Target Center basketball arena for the City of Minneapolis.

Peter is a member of the charter 2009 class of Green Roof Professionals, GRP.

He and his family reside in the forests of Windham New Hampshire.
