2006 Exhibitor pre-show details!

Exhibit Materials: Furniture, carpet, and other materials must be ordered online through Teamwork, Inc. Online ordering deadline is May 8. After this time, exhibit materials must be ordered onsite, pending item availability.  For questions, please call 508-230-0397.

Name badges:
2 full passes are included with each booth. Please pass on these two names if you have not done so already. “Booth-only” staff (who will not have access to conference sessions) may check-in onsite and have their badges printed then. 

Trade Show Open: Wednesday May 10, 6-10 pm; Thursday May 11, 12-2 pm & 5:45 – 7:45 pm; Friday May 12, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Keynote Speaker Tickets:
Please note these tickets are NOT included with the full delegate passes. We highly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance of the event for $85. Please visit www.greenroofs.org and click on the “Registration” page.

Loading Dock
No dollies can ‘walk’ in through loading dock.
All exhibitors must drive in via car or truck (no more than 24 feet in length).
Loading dock can be accessed through Cambria Street (see directions below).

Hand-carry Policy
Hand carried items are defined as those that can be easily carried by an individual exhibitor without the need for dollies or other mechanized equipment.
An exhibitor with a hand-carry item can enter the facility without having to access the loading dock.

Booth Set-up
Exhibitors are allowed to set-up and/or dismantle their own booths, provided that they use their own employees. It is acceptable for exhibitors to safely use power tools to set-up and/or dismantle their own booths. Exhibitors are prohibited from hiring outside labour sources of any kind to perform this work. 

Materials Handling:
Exhibitors may perform their own material handling, provided they meet with all of the following criteria:
· Personnel performing the work must be bonafide, full-time employees of the exhibiting company
· Exhibitors must be off-loading from a company-owned truck or rental vehicle, or from a car, van or truck owned by personnel of the exhibiting company
· All trucks must be less than 24 feet in length
· Exhibitors may use only hand-operated equipment, which they have provided; two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled flat trucks are permitted. The use of fork trucks, pallet jacks, genie lifts, and lift gates or any other lift or mechanical equipment is not permitted by anyone other than the General Service Contractor. 
· Passenger elevators cannot be used for the transportation of exhibitor materials
· Freight and material handling must enter and exit the facility through the loading dock (except items that fall under hand-carry policy)

From South
* Take I-93 North to Massachusetts Avenue (Exit 18).
* At the third light turn left and at the next light turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue.
* Follow for 1 1/4 miles and turn right onto Huntington Avenue.
* At the second light turn left onto Belvidere and the hotel is on the right.

From West
* Take Route 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) to the Prudential Center underground exit (Exit 22)
* At the fork in the tunnel, follow the Prudential Center sign. Once above ground you will be on Huntington Ave.
* Turn right at the traffic lights and the hotel will be on the right.

From North
* Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive).
* Follow Storrow Drive to the Fenway Exit (left exit).
* Bear left at the end of the exit ramp onto Boylston Street Inbound. 
* At the fifth light make a right onto Dalton Street and the hotel is on the left.

From Logan International Airport
* Take the Sumner Tunnel in the right lane to Storrow Drive (Exit 26).
* Follow for 2 miles and then take the Fenway Exit (left exit).
* Bear left following "Boylston Street Inbound" and at the fifth light make a right onto Dalton Street.


DELIVERY/LOADING DOCK
Directions to Cambria Street Loading Dock:

Driving:
1. From the Mass Pike, take the Prudential exit. Follow the signs to the Prudential. When you come off the exit, stay to your right and follow street to Dalton Street. (Sheraton on your right, Westin on your left). When you come to the top of Dalton Street (Fire Dept. straight ahead), you will take a left at the lights and then another left when you see the Cambria Street ramp.

2. From Massachusetts Avenue, you will come onto Boylston Street. Cambria Street will be your first immediate right. Cambria Street goes down the ramp to our loading dock.

Within a three-block walk of the Hynes Convention Center are numerous parking garages totaling over 4,400 spaces. There is limited meter parking available around the Hynes and adjacent streets.
